The Toss’s amazing Manager and Baker. Before joining the Toss’s team he was a member of Specialties “Dream Team,” helping to open new locations throughout the state of California. As new opportunities tend to present themselves, he took a position at Sourdough Boudin, San Francisco where he became Head Baker. Although baking is clearly Abraham’s passion, he wanted to expand his skillset and gain experience in other aspects of the restaurant industry. Upon The Toss’s opening in 2016 Abraham was hired as Manager. He runs the kitchen, helps to oversee staff and is the restaurant’s backbone. If any baked goodies are required however, Abraham jumps at the chance to put his baking skills to work.
